摘要
PS活性剂为一种效果显著的原油乳化降黏剂。为给现场使用提供依据,实验室内通过界面张力、乳化分散效果等方面筛选药剂使用质量分数及用量,并用乳液稳定性、自然沉降脱水率和降黏率等指标评价乳液效果。最终筛选出0.75%PS溶液为最适质量分数,此质量分数的PS溶液对原油乳化降黏效果好且用量经济合理。
PS active agent is a kind of crude oil emulsifying viscosity reducer with remarkable effect.In order to provide a basis for the field use,the mass fraction and dosage of the medicament were selected through analyzing interface tension and emulsifying and dispersing effect.The emulsion stability,natural sedimentation dehydration rate and viscosity reduction rate were used to evaluate the emulsion effect.Finally,0.75%PS solution was selected as the optimum mass fraction,which had good viscosity reduction effect and reasonable dosage for crude oil emulsification.
