摘要
以辽河油田特种油开发公司超稠油为研究对象,以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯及生物表面活性剂为主剂,快速渗透剂等为辅剂,按一定比例合成出了超稠油水基降粘剂LHVR-I。室内实验结果表明,该LHVR-I降粘剂具有乳化温度低(50℃以上)、降粘效果好(降粘率达99·85%以上)及自动破乳脱水(沉降72h原油含水量降为4%以下)的特点,同时与联合站破乳剂相配伍,是一种较为理想的超稠油水基降粘剂。为替代超稠油井筒电加热降粘工艺技术提供了依据。
A water- based viscosity reducer LHVR - Ⅰ for the super heavy oil from Heavy Oil Company of Liaohe Oilfield was prepared with fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate and bio - surfactant as main agents, and a permeating agent and some other agents as auxiliary agents in certain proportion. Indoor experimental results showed that the LHVR- Ⅰ had low emulsification temperature (above 50 ℃), good emulsification viscosity reduction effect (viscosity reduction ratio above 99.85 % ), automatic demulsification and dehydrolysis (water content reduced to 4 % after subsiding 72 h), and good compatibility with demusifiers used in joint station. LHVR- Ⅰ was a kind of ideal super heavy oil water - based viscosity reducer. At the same time, it provided a'basis for substituting of electronic heating technique for viscosity reduction of super heavy oil well bore.
