摘要
根据原油乳状液理论、表面活性剂的不同降粘机理,制定了稠油降粘剂类型的选择原则,重点研究了碱液降粘与脱水性能的关系;提出了碱液降粘有最佳的降粘、脱水、降低油水界面张力范围,过量的碱液浓度会造成3种性能异变。所研制的HRV-2降粘剂通过现场试验,可以满足小断块稠油开采的需要。
Abstract Based on the philosophy of crude emulsion and the diffirent viscosity reduction mechanism of surfactant,the selection principle of viscous oil thinners is determined.The relation between the alkali lye viscosity reduction and the dehydration performance is emphatically studied.It is pointed out that the alkali lye viscosity reduction has specified optimum limitations for viscosity reduction,dehydration and oil-water interface tension reduction;excessive alkali lye concentration will result in three performance deteriorations.The HRV-Z viscosity-reducing agent developed can meet the needs of viscous oil production in small fault blocks.
