摘要
由于河砂资源的匮乏,工程需混合使用河砂与机制砂,通过试验确定河砂与机制砂的最佳比例,保证混凝土的各项性能。文中介绍某污水处理厂底板采用大体积混凝土配合比设计,通过使用大掺量矿物掺和料及缓凝高效减水剂,降低混凝土水化热。
Due to the lack of river sand resources,it is necessary to mix river sand and machine-made sand in the project.The best proportion of river sand and machine-made sand is determined by test to ensure the performance of concrete.This paper introduces the mix proportion design of mass concrete used in the bottom plate of a sewage treatment plant.By using a large amount of mineral admixture and retarding high range water reducing agent,the hydration heat of concrete is reduced.
