摘要
采用坍落扩展度、V漏斗时间、L形箱比例、保塑性能作为混凝土工作性能的评价指标。将基于净浆流变阈值理论得到的C30混凝土配合比作为基准配合比,通过调整混凝土的水粉比、减水剂掺量、粉煤灰掺量、砂率、石子掺量、石子级配,配制了多组机制砂自密实混凝土,对它们的工作性能进行测试,在保证工作性能和强度要求下,得到1个成本较低的机制砂自密实混凝土配合比。
Using collapse expansion,V funnel time,L-box ratio,plastic protection performance as the evaluation index of concrete performance.The C30 concrete mix ratio based on the theory of paste slurry rheology threshold is used as the base mix ratio.By adjusting the water-powder ratio of the concrete,the amount of water-reducing agent,the amount of fly ash,the sand rate,the amount of stones,the gradation of stones,prepared multiple sets of machine-made sand self-compacting concrete to test their working performance,under the requirement of ensuring the performance and strength of the work,a lower-cost mechanism sand self-compact concrete fit ratio is obtained.
