摘要
在整车装配过程中,螺纹连接是最常用的连接技术,而螺纹紧固件的摩擦系数又是螺纹连接系统中的重要性能参数。文章通过螺纹连接的力学原理分析了螺纹紧固件摩擦系数对拧紧质量的影响,并提出了在拧紧过程中识别摩擦系数异常的方法。
In the process of vehicle assembly,threaded connection is the most commonly used connection technology,and the friction coefficient of threaded fasteners is an important performance parameter in threaded connection systems.The influence of the friction coefficient of the threaded fastener on the tightening quality through the mechanical principle of the thread connection is analyzed in this paper,And a method to identify the abnormal friction coefficient during the tightening process is put forward.
