摘要
为提高校车乘员约束系统在正面碰撞中对儿童乘员的保护效果,提出一种新型主动式校车儿童安全气囊。在经台车试验验证的某校车乘员约束系统12岁乘员正面碰撞MADYMO仿真模型的基础上,建立主动式安全气囊的仿真模型。通过调整气囊内拉带的长度来改变气囊形状,分析拉带长度对乘员保护效果的影响,并进行正交试验,得到最优包形。与原始约束系统相比,优化包形后的气囊使12岁乘员的头部、胸部和颈部伤害分别下降85.7%,14%以及86.2%,完全伤害评价WICs下降了63.3%,保护效果显著改善。
In order to improve the effect of school bus restraint system for child occupant during frontal crash,a new active school bus airbag is proposed.Based on the MADYMO simulation model of a 12-year-old school bus occupant restraint system,which was verified by sled test,the simulation model of active air bag is established.By adjusting the length of airbag straps,the shape of the airbag is changed.The optimal shape is proposed by sensitivity analysis and orthogonal experiment of strap length.Compared with the original restraint system,the head,chest and neck injuries of 12-year-old passengers are reduced by 85.7%,14%and 86.2%after the optimization of the bag,the WICs is also reduced by 63.3%,and the protection effect is significantly improved.
