摘要
“强基计划”以高考分数作为人才选拔的最重要但非唯一标准,目的是在保障高考公平和选拔在基础学科上有志向、有兴趣、有天赋的学生之间取得相对平衡。但将分数作为最重要的评判标准,必然面临着来自应试技巧和解题套路的挑战,造成“高分低能”的现象。“强基计划”要选拔出符合国家所需要的、有能力的人才,就必须不断革新命题技术,让高考命题技术始终走在应试技巧的前面,降低答题套路、经验和模板的干扰,实现人才选拔理念与技术的统一。
"Strong Foundation Plan"takes college entrance examination score as the most important but not the only criterion for talent selection.The purpose is to achieve a relative balance between ensuring the fairness of the college entrance examination and selecting students who are ambitious,interested and gifted in basic subjects.However,taking scores as the most important criterion,we will inevitably face the challenges from test-taking skills and answering routines,resulting in the situation of"high score and low energy".In order to select qualified talents who meet the needs of the country,"Strong Foundation Plan"must constantly innovate propositional technology,let the proposition technology of college entrance examination always go ahead of the test-taking skills,reduce the interference of answering routines,experience and templates,and realize the unity of selection concept and technology.
