摘要
外泌体是由细胞分泌的囊泡样小体,在动物来源外泌体的研究中已发现其有望成为药物递送系统、免疫治疗、精准治疗的新手段。关于植物外泌体的研究仍处于起步阶段。本文总结了目前植物外泌体提取分离纯化的方法,及其在植物防御、细胞交流、种间通讯、疾病治疗和作为药物载体方面的研究现状,以期为将来植物外泌体的研究提供新的思路与方法。
Exosomes are vesicle-like bodies secreted by cells. Animal-derived exosomes have been found to be a new method for drug delivery, immunotherapy, and precise treatment. Research on plant exosomes is still in its infancy. This article summarizes the current methods for the extraction and purification of plant exosomes, as well as its research status in plant defense, cell communication, interspecific communication, disease treatment, and use as drug carriers, so as to provide new ideas and methods for future research on plant exosomes.
