逐瘀止痛远红外灸贴的质量标准研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过定性、定量方法测定逐瘀止痛远红外灸贴中的成分,建立远红外灸贴的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)技术,对贴膏中的牛膝、川芎、当归、枳壳、桔梗药材进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术对贴膏中芍药苷、苦杏仁苷、藁本内酯进行含量测定。结果 TLC鉴别中以上几味药材与对照药材在相应的位置有相同的斑点;HPLC测定中芍药苷的含量为19.198 mg/贴,RSD为1.48%,苦杏仁苷含量为6.602 mg/贴,RSD为1.42%,藁本内酯含量为1.475 mg/贴,RSD为1.80%。结论本文建立的逐瘀止痛远红外灸贴质量标准,可有效控制远红外灸贴的质量。 Objective To determine the ingredients of Far-infrared Moxibustion Patches with the function of removing blood stasis and relieving pain by qualitative and quantitative methods and establish the quality standard for Farinfrared Moxibustion Patches.Methods TLC was used to identify Achyranthis bidentatae radix,Chuanxiong rhizoma,Angelicae sinensis radix,Aurantii fructus and Platycodonis radix in the patches;HPLC was used for the determination of paeoniflorin,amygdalin and ligustilide in the patches.Results TLC results showed that the abovementioned medicinal herbs and the control medicinal herbs had the same spots at the corresponding positions.The content of paeoniflorin,amygdalin and ligustilide determined by HPLC were 19.198,6.602 and 1.475 mg in each piece,respectively,with RSDs of 1.48%,1.42%and 1.80%,respectively.Conclusion The quality standard for Far-infrared Moxibustion Patches with the function of removing blood stasis and relieving pain established in this paper can effectively control the quality.
