摘要
目的:建立痹痛膏灸的质量标准。方法:薄层色谱法定性鉴别痹痛膏灸制剂中的川芎、当归;采用高效液相色谱法测定该制剂中阿魏酸含量,C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(22∶78);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:323nm;柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL。结果:痹痛膏灸的TLC图斑点清晰,分离度好,与川芎、当归对照药材TLC图相应位置上,显相同荧光斑点;阿魏酸在2μg/mL~10μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.61%(n=6),相对标准偏差RSD为1.18%。结论:该方法操作便捷,准确度高,重复性好,可用于痹痛膏灸的质量控制。
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Bitong ointment moxibustion.Methods:Thin layer chromatography method was used for qualitative identification of Ligusticum wallichii and Angelica sinensis.Using high performance liquid chromatography to determine the content of ferulic acid,with the C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase:methanol-0.5%acetic acid(22∶78);fate rate:1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength:323 nm;column temperature:30℃,injection volume:10μL.Results:The spots of TLC diagram of Bitong ointment moxibustion were clear and well separated,and the same fluorescent spots were found in the corresponding position of TLC diagram of Ligusticum wallichii and Angelica sinensis.Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2μg/mL~10μg/mL(r=0.9992).The average recovery rate was 99.61%(n=6),the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 1.18%.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate with high accuracy and good repeatability.It can be used for the quality control of Bitong ointment moxibustion.
