导流洞边顶拱拆模时间分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 东庄水利枢纽工程导流洞成洞尺寸为17m×19m,过流流量大,边顶拱衬砌浇筑采用钢模台车施工。为了保证隧洞的结构安全和施工效率,在考虑超挖因素的影响下,采用有限元数值模拟方法对边顶拱衬砌施工期的荷载进行分析,通过结构所承受的拉应力与材料试验的抗拉强度相比较,确定拆模时间为60h^72h。实践表明,导流洞边顶采用的拱拆模时间是合理可行的,施工进度可控,模板拆除后无结构性裂缝,混凝土变形量小,可为实际工程施工和安全评估提供重要参考。 Steel form work trolley technology is used to the diversion tunnel with over current flow rate for Dongzhuang Water Control Project and the size is 17 m×19 m.In order to ensure the structural safety and construction efficiency of such a large tunnel,a finite element calculation method considering the influence of over cut factor is adopted to analyze the load of the side top arch lining during the construction period.By comparing the tensile stress of the structure with the tensile strength of the material test,the reasonable form work stripping time is determined to be 60~72 hours.The practice shows that the form work stripping time is reasonable and construction schedule is controllable.After the form work is removed,there is no structural crack and the concrete deformation is small.It can provide an important reference to the construction and safety evaluation for parctical engineering.
