摘要
以元江—蔓耗高速公路(红河段)土建一分部为例,在高速公路薄壁空心墩内模安装过程中,引入"钢模+钢滑板组合模板系统",研究薄壁空心墩内模模板设计、安装关键技术,实现了变截面薄壁空心墩内模板全钢模化施工,以钢代木,周转率高,节约资源,加快施工速度,缩短施工周期,保证了施工质量。
Taking the first civil engineering division of Yuanjiang-Manhao Expressway(Honghe section)as an example,in the process of internal formwork installation of thin-walled hollow pier of expressway,the"steel formwork+steel sliding plate combined formwork system"is introduced to study the key technology of design and installation of internal formwork of thin-walled hollow pier,which realizes the full steel formwork construction of variable cross-section thin-walled hollow pier,replacing wood with steel,with high turnover rate,saving resources and speeding up The construction speed is shortened and the construction quality is guaranteed.
