摘要 随着社会的发展和进步,我国行政事业单位的管理制度也在不断完善,尤其是人力资源管理机制更是得到了不断创新。从行政事业单位的发展现状来看,激励机制的应用还是存在一定问题,需要进行改革和强化。论文从激励机制在人力资源管理中发挥的作用入手,简单阐述了当前行政事业单位人力资源管理激励机制中存在的问题,最后提出了几点改善建议,希望对事业单位发展有所帮助。 With the development and progress of the society,the management system of China's administrative institutions has been constantly improved,especially the human resources management mechanism has been constantly innovated.From the development status of administrative institutions,there are still some problems existing in the application of incentive mechanism,which need to be reformed and strengthened.Starting from the role of incentive mechanism in human resources management,this paper briefly expounds the problems existing in current the incentive mechanism of human resources management in administrative institutions,and finally puts forward some suggestions for improvement,hoping to be helpful to the development of public institutions.
