摘要
为研究饲料中添加棉子糖对锦鲤Cyprinus carpio var.koi肠道健康、非特异免疫、生长性能和观赏品质的影响,选取体质量为(42.34±0.52)g的锦鲤,随机分成CK(对照)、T1、T2组,每组设3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼,其中,CK组饲喂基础饲料,T1和T2组饲喂基础饲料中分别添加质量分数0.06%和0.10%的棉子糖饲料,养殖70 d后测定各组锦鲤的生长性能指标、免疫与抗氧化指标、观赏性指标,并对肠道菌群多样性及形态结构、显微结构进行测定和观察。结果表明:饲喂70 d后,与对照组相比,两个试验组锦鲤肠道微绒毛密度更高,微生物多样性增加,扫描电镜观察显示,试验组锦鲤肠道内的食糜颗粒更少、更小;两个试验组锦鲤血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两个试验组锦鲤的摄食率无明显变化,但增重率、特定生长率、体表亮度L*值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),全鱼脂肪含量低于对照组(P<0.05),且投喂0.06%棉子糖饲料的锦鲤肠道健康、非特异性免疫指标、形体与体色亮度等观赏品质指标均优于投喂0.10%的棉子糖饲料。研究表明,饲料中添加0.06%的棉子糖能有效改善锦鲤肠道健康状况,促进锦鲤生长,提升锦鲤的观赏品质。
Koi carp Cyprinus carpio var.koi juveniles with body weight of(42.34±0.52)g were reared in a circulating filtration aquaculture pond of 2.0 m×1.2 m×1.5 m at stocking rate of 30 fish per pond at water temperature of(22.33±1.35)℃and fed basic diet as control group(CK),and basic diet containing 0.06%raffinose(group T1)and 0.10%raffinose(group T2)for 70 days to investigate the effects of raffinose on intestinal morphology and microbiome,non-specific immunity,growth and ornamental value of koi carp.The results showed that there was higher density of microvilli and the gut microbial diversity in the fish in groups T1 and T2 than those in the control group.Scanning electron microscope revealed that fewer and smaller chyme particles in the intestines of koi carp in groups T1 and T2.The koi carp in groups T1 and T2 had significantly higher serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity than the koi carp in the control group(P<0.05)did,without significant difference in other immune or antioxidant indices among three groups.No change in the food intake rate was observed in koi carp in T1 and T2 groups,and the weight gain rate,specific growth rate and L*value in fish body surface were significantly higher in koi carp in T1 and T2 groups than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the whole fish fat content was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The intestine health,non-specific immunity and ornamental value such as growth,and L*value in fish body surface of koi carp in group T1 were not inferior,even superior to those in group T2.In conclusion,dietary raffinose content of 0.06%leads to improve intestinal health,non-specific immunity,the growth and ornamental value of koi carp.
