论视频面试对候选人和面试官的影响及其在招聘实践中的启示 被引量:1

摘要 新冠疫情时期,视频面试在人才招聘中被广泛使用,其节约成本、提升效率的优势也受到越来越多雇主的青睐。但视频面试和传统的面对面面试依然存在许多差异,这些差异对于候选人感知到的招聘流程公平性、雇主吸引力,以及面试官给予候选人的评价,都带来了多方面的影响。论文基于多位学者在这一领域的研究,总结和阐释了这些差异和影响,并对提高视频面试的公平性和有效性提出了实践中的建议。 During the coVID-19 epidemic,video interview has been widely used in talent recruitment,and its advantages of saving costs and improving efficiency have also been favored by more and more employers.However,there are still many differences between video interview and traditional face-to-face interview,which have many impacts on the fairness of the recruitment process perceived by candidates,the attractiveness of employers,and the evaluation of candidates given by interviewers.Based on the research of many scholars in this field,this paper summarizes and explains these differences and influences,and puts forward practical Suggestions to improve the fairness and effectiveness of video interview.
