摘要
针对污水处理中准IV类等高排放标准及河道水质考核的要求,以北京市某城乡过渡区流域治理工程为例,介绍污水处理的规模、工艺和设计内容。结合城乡过渡区的地域特点和管网现状,对现状合流制管渠下的工程规模、设计进出水水质、处理工艺的设计和选取过程提出建议,对各个工艺段的设计参数进行计算,并根据具体特点进行设计优化。污水厂处理工艺流程采用改良AAO+MBR工艺。采用高截流倍数和调蓄池组合纳入初期雨水,设计截留倍数为5倍,有效减少合流制溢流污染。通过灵活调整流态、回流方式和运行策略,应对雨季高雨量负荷、夏季高污染负荷和冬季低温情况,夏季减少回流比,冬季增大回流比。采用平板膜降低了MBR工艺系统的清洗和更换频率,设计清洗周期为3~6个月/次,满足地处相对偏远地区对操作管理简便的要求。污水厂出水水质满足北京市地标《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890—2012)中B标准的要求,总运行成本约为2.82元/m3,为同类型地区在高水质排放要求下的污水处理设计提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of grade IV and other high discharge standards in wastewater treatment plant and the requirements of river water quality assessment,a watershed management project in transitional area in Beijing is taken as an example.The capacity,technology and process are introduced.Combining with the regional characteristics of urban-rural transition zone and the current status of rain pipe,some suggestions are put forward on project scale,design quality of inlet and outlet water,design and selection process of treatment technology.The design parameters of each process section are calculated,design optimization according to specific characteristics is carries out.The improved AAO+MBR process is adopted in WWTP.The high interception multiple and the combination of storage tank are adopted to include the initial rainwater,and the designed interception multiple is 5 times,which can effectively reduce the combined overflow pollution.Flexible adjustment of flow pattern,backflow mode and operation strategy is adopted to reduce backflow ratio in summer and increase backflow ratio in winter in response to high rainfall load in rainy season,high pollution load in summer and low temperature in winter.The adoption of flat film reduces the frequency of cleaning and replacement of MBR process system,and the designed cleaning cycle is 3~6 months/time,which meets the requirements of easy operation and management in relatively remote areas.The effluent quality of WWTP meets the requirements of B criteria in the Landmark Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Discharge Standard of Beijing(DB 11/890—2012),and the total operating cost is about 2.82 yuan/m^3,providing reference for wastewater treatment design in the areas of same type under high water quality discharge requirements.
