摘要
目的:探讨多元文化护理对手术室患者临床护理效果和心理状态的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月接受手术治疗的100例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予多元文化护理,比较两组护理满意度、医院用焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分以及护理能力评分。结果:观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组抑郁评分和焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予手术室患者多元文化护理方案,能够提升临床护理效果,有效缓解患者不良情绪,有助于提升护理人员的护理能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of multicultural nursing on clinical nursing effect and psychological state of patients in operating room.Methods:All 100 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,50 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional care,the observation group was given multicultural care,and the satisfaction,hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score and nursing ability score were recorded and compared between two group.Results:The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The depression score and anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing ability of the group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-cultural nursing program for patients in operating room can improve the clinical nursing effect,effectively alleviate the bad mood of patients,and improve the nursing ability of nursing staff.
