摘要
目的分析多元文化与跨文化护理应用于外籍患者的效果。方法将我院2014年1月—2018年12月收治的40例外籍患者,随机分组,常规护理组给予常规护理,多元文化与跨文化护理组采取多元文化与跨文化护理。比较两组满意评分;患者的治疗配合度、住院的时间;护理前后心理相关问卷测试值;投诉率。结果多元文化与跨文化护理组的满意评分更高,P<0.05。多元文化与跨文化护理组的满意评分是(94.21±3.89)分,而常规护理组的满意评分是(80.20±2.27)分。多元文化与跨文化护理组患者的治疗配合度、住院的时间、投诉率对比常规护理组有优势,P<0.05。结论外籍患者实施多元文化与跨文化护理效果确切。
Objective To understand the effects of multicultural and intercultural nursing on foreign patients.Methods 40 cases of foreign patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing group was given routine nursing,and the multicultural and intercultural nursing group was given multicultural and intercultural nursing.The satisfaction score,patient treatment coordination,hospitalization time;psychological related questionnaire test value before and after nursing and complaint rate was compared between two groups.Results The satisfaction score of multicultural and intercultural nursing group was higher,P<0.05.The satisfaction score of multicultural and intercultural nursing group was(94.21±3.89)points,while that of routine nursing group was(80.20±2.27).Compared with the routine nursing group,the multicultural and intercultural nursing group had advantages in treatment cooperation,hospitalization time and complaint rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Multicultural and intercultural nursing has a definite effect on foreign patients.
