摘要
卵母细胞质量直接影响辅助生殖技术(ART)患者的妊娠结局,改善卵母细胞质量,获取更多优质卵泡,提高ART成功率,是ART领域的研究热点与难点。中医药多途径、多靶点改善卵母细胞质量,在ART领域显示出很大优势。本文拟对中医药在ART中改善卵母细胞质量的研究与应用作一综述,以期为今后的治疗提供参考。
Oocyte quality directly affects the pregnancy outcome of patients with assisted reproductive technology(ART).Improving oocyte quality,acquiring more high-quality follicles,and improving the success rate of ART are the hotspots and difficulties of ART.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown great advantages in improving oocyte quality through multiple channels and targets in the field of ART.This paper reviews the research and application of traditional Chinese medicine in improving oocyte quality in ART so as to provide reference for future treatment.
