摘要
目的探讨坦度螺酮在男方取精困难夫妇体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中的临床应用及安全性。方法选取2017年1月至2018年8月河北医科大学第四医院生殖医学科收治的行IVF-ET助孕的男方取精困难夫妇的43个周期作为研究组,选取同期行IVF-ET助孕的男方取精顺利夫妇中的46个周期作为对照组。研究组男方在女方取卵前一日晚上及取卵当天早上口服坦度螺酮10mg。对照组仅常规排精一次,不做其他处理。结果两组男方年龄、女方年龄、不孕年限差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组男方均在女方取卵日顺利手淫取出精液。两组受精率、2PN率、卵裂率、D3优胚率、可利用胚胎率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用坦度螺酮可以使IVF-ET周期中取精困难男方在女方取卵日顺利取出精液,且不影响胚胎关键参数指标,可以在临床应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application and safety of Tandospirone in patients with ejaculation failure in IVF-ET.Methods Among the IVF-ET by the Department of Reproductive Medicine in the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2017 to August 2018,43 cycles of ejaculation failure were collected as the study group,and 46 cycles of successful sperm extraction were selected as the control group.In the study group,the male patients took 10 mg of Tandospirone orally the night before OPU day and the morning of OPU day.In the control group,only one routine ejaculation was performed.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,age and years of infertility(P>0.05)when assisted reproductive surgery was performed in the first hospital.All the male patients in the study group extracted sperms by masturbation on the day of egg retrieval.There was no significant difference in fertilization rate,2 PN rate,cleavage rate,D3 embryo rate and available embryo rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tandospirone can let the male patients with ejaculation difficulty extract sperm successfully on the OPU day,while not affect the key parameters of embryo.It can be used in clinical practice.
