摘要
种子活力是衡量种子质量的重要指标,对苗期生长及后期产量形成有积极的影响。为解析玉米种子活力的遗传基础,本试验以201份玉米自交系组成的自然群体为材料,通过标准发芽试验和加速老化试验测量发芽势、苗长、活力指数等10个种子活力相关性状,并结合群体的SNP基因型信息,对种子活力相关性状进行全基因组关联分析。结果表明,该群体种子活力相关性状有广泛的遗传变异;各相关性状基因型间差异在两种试验条件下均达极显著水平,各相关性状的广义遗传率在标准发芽试验条件下为83.33%~93.10%,在加速老化试验条件下为77.88%~91.67%。两种试验条件下,共检测到32个性状SNP关联,涉及26个SNP位点,单个性状SNP关联可解释的表型变异为0.01%~12.64%,推测可能的候选基因13个。以上研究结果为解析玉米种子活力遗传基础和分子辅助选择育种提供了参考。
Seed vigor,an important indicator of seed quality,has a positive effect on the seedling formation and yield formation.To analyze the genetic basis of seed vigor,a natural population that included 201 maize inbred lines was used as materials in this experiment.The 10 seed vigor related traits,such as germination energy,shoot length and vigor index,were measured by standard germination test(SGT)and accelerated aging test(AAT).Combining SNP genotype information,genome-wide association studies of seed vigor related traits were performed to identify associated SNP loci and search candidate genes.The results indicated that this population had sufficient genetic variation in seed vigor related traits.The differences between the genotypes of 10 seed vigor related traits under two test conditions reached extremely significant levels.The broad-sense heritability of each trait was 83.33%-93.10%under SGT,and 77.88%-91.67%under AAT,respectively.Under SGT and AAT conditions,a total of 32 significant traits were identified with SNP associations in GWAS,involving 26 SNP loci,with phenotypic variation explained by individual trait SNP association ranging from 0.01%to 12.64%.13 related candidate genes were speculated as possible candidate genes.The above results provided a reference for the analysis of genetic basis of maize seed vigor and molecular assisted selection breeding.
