磨煤机干燥出力技术及其在机组运行调整中的影响分析

Analysis on Drying Output Technology of Coal Mill and Its Influence on Unit Operation and Adjustment

摘要 煤泥水分含量高、发热量较低,使得火力发电厂中的煤泥掺烧工艺无法完全得到发挥。以某火力发电厂为研究对象,介绍磨煤机的工作模式,分析得到存在的问题:一是磨煤机出口温度偏低使得干燥出力受限;二是三号高压加热器进汽温度偏高导致泄漏等。提出磨煤机干燥出力技术方案:将机组三段抽汽从三号高压加热器引入热一次风道的加热器,降低机组三段抽汽温度;降温后,再将机组三段抽汽引回三号高压加热器。技术改造实施后,磨煤机干燥出力改善,出口温度升高,再热汽温可以达到额定值,降耗高达33.0%,提高了高压加热器的使用安全性。 Because of the high moisture content and low calorific value of the coal slime,the technology of coal slime mixed combustion in thermal power plant cannot be brought into full play.Taking a thermal power plant as the research object,introduced is the working mode of the coal mill,and analyzed are the existing problems including:1)the limited drying output due to the low outlet temperature of the coal mill;2)the leakage caused by the high inlet steam temperature of the No.3 high-pressure heater,etc.To put forward a drying output technological scheme for the coal mill:introduce the third section extraction steam of the unit from No.3 high-pressure heater to the heater of hot primary air duct,as to reduce the extraction temperature of the third section of the unit;after cooling down,lead the third section extraction steam of the unit back to the No.3 high-pressure heater.After the operation of the technological transformation,the drying output of the coal mill is improved,the outlet temperature is increased,the reheat steam temperature can reach the rated value,and the consumption can be reduced by 33.0%,which improves the safety of the high-pressure heater.
