摘要 为了提高某电厂锅炉掺烧褐煤的比例,降低发电成本,通过在热一次风道上加装蒸汽加热器和导流板,利用汽轮机三抽蒸汽作为热源加热一次风,提高一次风温。工程实践表明:锅炉一次风温实际提高了30 K以上,可以增加锅炉掺烧褐煤的比例约19%。 To further increase the proportion of lignite co-firing in a power plant boiler and to reduce the cost of power generation, the temperature of primary air has been increased by adding steam heaters and guide plates in the primary air duct, where the steam extracted from the third stage of steam turbine is taken as the heating source. Application results show that the temperature of primary air could be increased by more than 30 K, resulting in increased proportion of lignite co-firing by 19% for the boiler.
