表面肌电图在偏瘫患者下肢肌肉动力学分析中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动功能障碍是脑卒中的常见后遗症,主要与不同程度的患侧下肢肌肉力量下降、感觉异常及张力增高有关。表面肌电图(sEMG)能客观定量检测在意识状态下的肌肉活动和肌肉功能状态,已广泛用于运动功能障碍、肌肉痉挛、平衡功能等康复方法的选择和疗效评估,对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复具有较高的应用价值。脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能障碍的特点主要包括痉挛性足下垂和小腿三头肌异常,可通过sEMG技术分析异常运动模式,进而采取针对性的康复治疗。此外,sEMG还可用于下肢肌肉痉挛的评定、下肢运动障碍的评定、疲劳程度的分析以及指导康复训练和评估疗效,贯穿脑卒中下肢康复的始终。 Lower limb motor dysfunction in stroke hemiplegia patients is a common sequelae of stroke,mainly related to the decreased strength of the affected lower limb muscles,abnormal sensation and increased tension.Surface electromyography(sEMG)can objectively and quantitatively detect muscle activity and muscle function in the state of consciousness.It has been widely used in the selection and effect evaluation of rehabilitation methods such as motor dysfunction,muscle spasm,balance function,which has high applicative value for the rehabilitation of stroke hemiplegic patients.The characteristics of lower limb dysfunction inthe patients mainly include spastic foot ptosis and calf triceps abnormalities,and the abnormal movement patterns can be analyzed by sEMG technology,so as to give targeted rehabilitation treatment.In addition,sEMG can also be applied to the evaluation of lower limb muscle spasm,lower limb dyskinesia,fatigue analysis,as well as to guide rehabilitation training and evaluation of therapeutic effects,which is throughout the lower limb rehabilitation of stroke.
