摘要
表面肌电图(sEMG)能够检测神经肌肉的各种运动状态活动并对其产生的电信号进行细致的定量、定性分析,具有实时性、多靶点测量等优点,近年来在康复医学领域中被广泛地应用,是临床电生理的重要监测手段之一。本文主要从非特异性下腰痛的病因病机、分类以及研究现状方面阐述表面肌电图在该病中的应用情况,为后续的临床研究提供指导。
Surface electromyography has been widely used in rehabilitation medicine in recent years as one of the important monitoring tools of clinical electrophysiology because of its ability to detect various motor state activities of neuromuscles and to perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of the generated electrical signals with the advantages of real-time and multi-target measurements.This paper focused on the application of surface electromyography in patients with non-specific lower back pain in terms of the mechanism of etiology,classification of the disease and the current research status to provide guidance for subsequent clinical studies.
