摘要
研究了在水培条件下,外源施加0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2 mmol/L水杨酸(SA)对150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下杭白菊幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:施加不同浓度的水杨酸均能有效缓解盐胁迫对杭白菊幼苗生长的抑制,使得NaCl胁迫下杭白菊幼苗株高、鲜重和干重均相应增加;提高了NaCl胁迫下杭白菊超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等抗氧化酶活性和脯氨酸含量,抑制了盐胁迫诱导的活性氧(ROS)和丙二醛(MDA)含量的上升,缓解了氧化胁迫损伤;提高了叶片中叶绿素含量和根系活力,抑制了对Na^+和Cl^-的吸收,从而促进其光合生产能力和对K、Ca、Mg等矿质元素的吸收能力,减轻了盐胁迫的毒害。说明外源施加水杨酸在提高杭白菊幼苗抗盐胁迫的生理过程中起重要作用。试验各处理以0.9 mmol/L水杨酸处理缓解杭白菊幼苗盐胁迫的效果最佳。
The effects of salicylic acid(SA)with concentrations of 0.3,0.6,0.9 and 1.2 mmol/L on the growth and physiological properties of chrysanthemum seedlings under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress were studied with the methods of spraying exogenous SA on leaves of chrysanthemum.The results showed that SA alleviated the inhibitory effect of salt on the growth of chrysanthemum seedlings,which increased the plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,root activity and chlorophyll content of chrysanthemum seedlings under NaCl stress.The application of SA enhanced activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)activities,and increased the content of proline and soluble protein,but decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS),and reduced Na^+,Cl^-accumulation and K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+loss,indicating that extraneous SA can alleviate salinity injury by improving photosynthetic efficiency and ROS scavenging ability,and keeping ion balance and osmosis balance of chrysanthemum seedlings under salt stress.These results showed that exogenous SA played an important role in improving salt tolerance of chrysanthemum seedlings.Treatment of 0.9 mmol/L SA was the most prominent in the effect of relieving salt stress.
