摘要
目的:观察精细化管理联合中医护理对中风后偏瘫患者康复进程及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取83例中风后偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组42例和对照组41例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施精细化管理和中医护理,2组均连续护理4周。分别于护理前、护理第14天、护理第28天对2组肢体功能及日常生活活动能力进行评价,比较2组护理满意度。结果:护理第14天、第28天,2组上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)、下肢FMA及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分均较护理前升高,研究组上肢FMA、下肢FMA及ADL评分均高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理与中医护理用于中风后偏瘫患者,可改善其肢体功能和日常生活活动能力,提高护理满意度。
Objective: To observe the effect of fine management combined with Chinese medicine nursing on rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction in patients with hemiparalysis after apoplexy. Methods:A total of 83 cases of patients with hemiparalysis after apoplexy were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,42 and 41 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given fine management combined with Chinese medicine nursing based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were nursed for four weeks. Before nursing and on the 14th and 28th day of nursing respectively,limb function and activities of daily living in the two groups were evaluated,and nursing satisfaction was investigated. Results:On the 14th and 28thday of nursing respectively, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) of upper limbs and lower limbs as well as Activities of Daily Living(ADL) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group at the same period,differences being significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine management combined with Chinese medicine nursing for patients with hemiparalysis after apoplexy can improve their limb function,activities of daily living and nursing satisfaction.
