摘要
目的 分析予以中风偏瘫患者中医耳尖放血联合情志相胜法护理的临床效果。方法 方便选取2021年8月—2023年2月在新沂市中医医院接受治疗的82例中风偏瘫患者,随机数表法分为两组,常规护理的41例者纳入对照组,中医耳尖放血联合情志相胜法护理的41例纳入观察组。比较两组心理状态、平衡能力、肢体功能、日常活动能力及护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均较低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平衡能力、肢体功能、日常活动能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率为95.12%,较对照组的80.49%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.100,P<0.05)。结论 予以中风偏瘫患者中医耳尖放血联合情志相胜法护理有助于缓解患者负性情绪,提升其机体功能、自理能力,患者较为满意。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) ear-tip bloodletting combined with Qingzhi Xiangsheng method of nursing for patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods 82 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients treated in Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to February 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups under the randomized numerical table,41 cases of routine care were included in the control group,and 41 cases of traditional Chinese medicine ear-tip bloodletting combined with Qingzhi Xiangsheng method of nursing care were included in the observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of psychological state,balance ability,limb function,daily activity ability and nursing satisfaction.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of balance ability,limb function and daily activity ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.100,P<0.05).Conclusion The care of stroke hemiplegia patients with traditional Chinese medicine ear-tip bloodletting combined with Qingzhi Xiangsheng method can help to relieve patients' negative emotions,improve their body functions and self-care ability,and patients are more satisfied.
