摘要
本文利用原子力显微镜的力曲线和线扫描模式研究了非蒸发或蒸发的不同浸润性液滴的前进接触线区域纳米结构。实验结果表明,完全浸润时,非蒸发或蒸发液滴前进接触线是平滑过渡至前驱液膜。所测部分浸润液滴,前进接触线上呈现一个纳米凸起结构,其中,非蒸发的液滴不存在前驱液膜,而蒸发液滴有前驱液膜。
The force curve and line scan mode of an atomic force microscope were used to study the nanostructure in the vicinity of an advancing contact line.The results showed that the completely wetting droplets had smooth profiles down to the precursor liquid films.The measured partially wetting droplets had convex nanobending structures at the advancing contact lines,and the non-evaporative droplets did not have a precursor liquid film while the evaporative droplets had a precursor liquid film.
