摘要
本文主要介绍了我国广西某厂火法处理铜烟尘浸出渣的工艺流程,借助Metcal软件建立了富氧强化熔炼处理铜烟尘浸出渣的全流程冶金计算模型,通过对工艺过程中物料平衡、元素质量平衡以及热平衡等设计模拟计算,为该工艺的设计以及实际生产现场的调控提供理论指导。
This paper mainly introduces the technological process of copper ash leaching slag treated by pyrometallurgy in a factory in south China.With the aid of Metcal software,a whole process metallurgical calculation model of oxygen-enriched enhanced smelting treatment of leach slag from copper ash is established,the design and simulation of material balance,element mass balance and heat balance in the process are carried out,It provides theoretical guidance for the design of the process and the regulation of the actual production site.
