摘要
基于冶金工艺流程计算系统平台软件(Metcal),以铜富氧侧吹熔池熔炼炉(侧吹炉)为对象,设计建立各个功能模块,采用元素守衡和热平衡等原理对侧吹炉工艺流程进行模拟计算。计算结果包含有元素质量年平衡表(干基和湿基)、热量平衡表等,可为工艺设计提供理论参考,并可在此基础上进一步开发侧吹炉离线冶金数学模型。
One metallurgical mathematical model of Double Side Blow Furnace was presented based on metallurgical process computing system development platform(Metcal).Principals of element balance and heat balance were applied in model calculation.The simulation results include materials balance form(dry material and wet material),heat balance form and etc,which can serve as theoretical reference to develop off-line metallurgical mathematical model of DSB on site.
