摘要
目的探讨SCD压力系统结合路径化功能锻炼预防股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep Venous Thrombosis,DVT)的效果。方法选择2017年2月至2019年3月于本院行骨科手术的130例股骨颈骨折患者,随机分为两组各65例。对照组实施路径化功能锻炼,在此基础上,研究组结合SCD压力系统辅助治疗。对比两组DVT发生率、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、髋关节功能Harris评分及日常生活能力BI指数。结果研究组术后7d、14d DVT发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后24h、48h、72h的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,两组患者Harris评分、BI指数高于术前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用SCD压力系统联合路径化功能锻炼能够有效降低股骨颈骨折患者术后DVT发生率,减轻患者痛苦,促进患者髋关节功能恢复,提高日常生活能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of SCD pressure system combined with path functional training in prevention of postoperative lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 130 patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent orthopedic surgery in the hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 65 cases in each group.Control group was given path functional training,and research group was treated with SCD pressure system based on control group.The incidence of DVT,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,hip joint Harris score and Barthel index(BI)were compared between two groups.Results After surgery for 7d and 14d,the incidence of DVT in research group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);After surgery for 24h,48h and 72h,the VAS scores of research group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);After surgery,the Harris score and BI in two groups were higher than those before surgery,and research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SCD pressure system combined with path functional training in patients with femoral neck fracture can decrease the incidence of postoperative DVT,reduce pain,promote recovery of hip joint function,and increase activity of daily living.
