摘要
目的:探讨股骨颈骨折患者术后分期护理对髋关节功能的影响。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的股骨颈骨折患者238例,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各119例。对照组给予术后常规护理,观察组在给予常规护理的基础上进行术后分期护理。比较两组患者护理前后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、日常生活能力(ability of daily life,ADL)评分、髋关节功能(Harris)评分;并比较两组患者的并发症发生情况和患者的满意度。结果:护理后,两组患者的VAS评分都有所降低,且观察组低于对照组[(3.5±0.8)分vs.(5.8±1.3)分];两组患者的ADL评分及Harris评分都有所升高,且观察组高于对照组[(83.3±10.3)分vs.(72.8±8.9)分;(82.9±8.3)分vs.(65.7±7.1)分],两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(8.4%vs.28.5%),观察组患者总满意率高于对照组(95.0%vs.79.8%),两组差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对股骨颈骨折患者术后进行分期护理,能缓解患者疼痛感,有效恢复患者的髋关节功能,提高患者的日常生活能力,降低后期并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,护理效果理想,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the influence of postoperative staging nursing on the function of hip joint in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods: 238 femoral neck fractures in our hospital were divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,119 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine postoperative care,and the patients in the observation group received staging nursing care on the basis of routine nursing.The visual analogue score(VAS score),ADL score(ADL score),Harris score(score) were compared before and after nursing,and the complications and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results: After nursing,VAS score of two groups were decreased,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in control group [(3.5 + 0.8) vs.(5.8 + 1.3) ],ADL score and Harris score in the two groups increased,and the scores in the observation group were higher than the control group [(83.3 ± 10.3) vs.(72.8 ± 8.9),(82.9 ± 8.3) vs.(65.7 ±7.1) ],the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After nursing,the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(8.4% vs.28.5%),and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.0% vs.79.8%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative staging nursing in patients with femoral neck fracture,can relieve the pain of patients,effectively recover hip function,improve the ability of daily life,reduce the late complications,improve patient satisfaction,nursing effect is ideal which is worth promoting.
