摘要
目的我院采购与供应中心是全国首批采用“虚拟库存”理念管理高值医用耗材的单位。我院采供中心对医用耗材的精细化管理始终与时俱进,临床满意度不断提高。然而,临床使用过程中,也长期存在扫码扫不出等问题。一方面,采供中心面临着人员短缺的问题。另一方面,临床希望得到24 h不间断的物资供应服务。方法采供中心引入FOCUS-PDCA循环,寻找解决扫码问题的方案。本次质量改进使用了大量的质量控制方法:流程图、柏拉图、特性要因图、甘特图、头脑风暴。结果最终,我院引入智能高值医用耗材柜。结论通过使用智能高值医用耗材柜,高值医用耗材管理实现了智能化的24 h服务。
Objective The procurement and supply center of our hospital is one of the first units in China to adopt the concept of"virtual inventory"to manage high-value medical consumables.The fine management of medical consumables in our hospital's procurement and supply center has always kept pace with the times,and the clinical satisfaction has been improved.However,in the process of clinical use,there are also long-term problems such as code scanning can not be found.On the one hand,the procurement and supply center is facing the problem of personnel shortage.On the other hand,clinical hope to get 24-hour uninterrupted material supply services.The solution of the problem is to scan the center of PDCA.This quality improvement uses a lot of quality control.Methods Flow chart,Plato,characteristic factor diagram,Gantt chart,brainstorming.Results Finally,our hospital introduced intelligent high-value medical consumables cabinet.Conclusion Through the use of intelligent high-value medical consumables cabinet,high-value medical consumables management realizes intelligent 24-hour service.
