摘要
目的观察复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛气滞血瘀证的效果及对血清血清血管内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法将94例稳定型心绞痛气滞血瘀证患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛发作持续时间短于对照组(Ρ<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胸痛、胸闷、胸协胀满、疲乏无力评分均低于对照组(Ρ<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(Ρ<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清ET-1、hs-CRP水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组(Ρ<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(Ρ>0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸能够改善稳定型心绞痛气滞血瘀证患者的临床症状,降低血清ET-1、hs-CRP水平,升高NO水平。
Objective To observe the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills on Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris and its influence on the serum endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)levels.Methods A total of 94 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of angina pectoris attacks was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest pain,chest tightness,chest fullness and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum ET-1 and hs-CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the NO level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of stable angina pectoris,reduce the levels of serum ET-1 and hs CRP,and increase the level of NO.
