摘要
高职院校通过展开"阳光体育活动",可以让学生走出课堂,锻炼自己的头脑,提升综合素质和能力。该文在分析了高职院校展开阳光体育运动过程中存在的问题的基础上,探索了影响阳光体育运动开展的各种因素,对阳光体育运动可持续发展的几点对策进行了研究,即大力发展可持续发展的阳光体育,在此基础上提高高职院校的整体的教学水平。
By launching"sunshine sports activities"in higher vocational colleges,students can get out of the classroom,exercise their minds,and improve their overall quality and ability.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the process of developing sun sports in higher vocational colleges,this article explores various factors that affect the development of sun sports,and studies several countermeasures for the sustainable development of sun sports.That is to vigorously develop the sustainable development of sunshine sports,on this basis,improve the overall teaching level of higher vocational colleges.
