摘要
从培养学生"三基"到培养其创新意识和创新实践能力为目的,充分调动学生创新实践教学中学习的积极性、自主性,在精密医疗器械专业采用了灵活多样的教学方法,层层递进式的基础到创新的培养模式,不仅让学生走出课堂,走进生产一线,而且通过多次参加展会、报告会,鼓励大学生参加各类创新竞赛、申请创新项目,并提供必要支持。甚至把行业专家、一线工程师请进来,探索创新人才培养的实验教学模式。
For the purpose of training students"three-basic"ability,cultivating their innovation consciousness and practice ability,finally arousing their enthusiasm and initiative in learning in innovative practice teaching,flexible and varied teaching methods for precision medical instrument engineering were adopted.Above all,gradual advancement from the basis to innovation training mode changed the traditional pattern of teaching,listening,and repeating doing.Students not only got out of the classroom to join the production line,but also could participate in the exhibition and seminar for many times.College students were encouraged to participate in all kinds of innovation contests,apply for innovation projects,and provide necessary support.Even industry experts and engineers were invited to explore the suitable experimental teaching pattern of innovative talent training for medical instrument engineering professional direction.
