摘要 针对锦丰金矿地下开采矿岩条件极不稳固,不允许有较大暴露面积的问题,试验应用了上向水平分层进路式全尾砂胶结充填采矿法。详细介绍了该方法的采准切割工程、进路布置形式、回采工艺、充填工艺流程及工业应用。现场应用结果表明:引进大量进口采掘、运输、支护设备,采用高度机械化作业方式,对井下所有工程进行分类支护,上向水平分层进路式全尾砂胶结充填采矿法达到了安全高效回采的目的,采场生产能力200 t/d,采矿损失率8%,矿石贫化率10%,效果较好,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。 The underground ore rock conditions are extremely unstable in Jinfeng Gold Mine so that relatively large exposed area is not allowed.Therefore,the test applied upward horizontal slicing approach and ungraded tailings cemented filling mining method.The paper introduced the cutting and preparation engineering,approach layout form,stoping technology,filling process and industrial application of the method.Field application results show that with introduction of large amounts of mining&excavation,transportation,supporting equipment,adoption of highly mechanized operation means,and classified support for all underground projects,the upward horizontal slicing approach and ungraded tailings cemented filling mining method can achieve the goal of safe and efficient stoping,with stope production capacity about 200 t/d,mining loss rate 8%,ore dilution rate 10%.The performance of the method is good and it can be used as a reference by similar mines.
