摘要
目的:比较Sirius、IOL-Master与SW-9000测量角膜水平直径的相关性和差异性,并对三种仪器的测量结果进行一致性评价。方法:分别使用Sirius、IOL-Master和SW-9000测量80例屈光不正者的角膜水平直径。数据分析采用单因素方差分析、简单线性相关及Bland-Altman分析。结果:Sirius、IOL-Master和SW-9000测量的角膜水平直径分别为(11.68±0.35) mm、(11.85±0.35) mm和(12.15±0.73) mm,两两之间测量差值分别为(-0.17±0.08) mm、(-0.48±0.08) mm、(-0.30±0.08) mm,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Sirius与IOL-Master,Sirius与SW-9000,IOL-Master与SW-9000测量结果均有相关性(r值分别为0.882、0.432、0.502,均P<0.05);Sirius与IOL-Master,Sirius与SW-9000,IOL-Maste与SW-9000测量结果的95%LoA分别为(-0.51~0.16)mm、(-1.8~0.8)mm、(-1.5~0.9) mm。结论:三种仪器测量的角膜水平直径值有一定的相关性,测量结果差异较大,SW-9000测量值最大,IOL-Master测量值次之,Sirius测量值最小,测量结果不能替代使用,应结合临床实践谨慎选择。
Objective To compare the correlation and difference between Sirius,IOL master and SW-9000 in measuring corneal horizontal diameter,and evaluate the consistency of the results of three instruments.Methods The corneal horizontal diameter was measured by Sirius,IOL master and SW-9000 in 80 cases of ametropia.The data were analyzed by oneway ANOVA,simple linear correlation and Bland-Altman analysis.Results The horizontal corneal diameters measured by Sirius,IOL-Master and SW-9000 were(11.68±0.35)mm,(11.85±0.35)mm and(12.15±0.73)mm,respectively.The measurement differences between the two groups were(-0.17±0.08)mm,(-0.48±0.08)mm and(-0.30±0.08)mm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Sirius and IOL-Master,Sirius and SW-9000,IOL-Master and SW-9000 were all correlated(r values were 0.882,0.432,0.502,respectively,all P<0.05).95%LoA of the measurement results were(-0.51~0.16)mm,(-1.8~0.8)mm and(-1.5~0.9)mm,respectively.Conclusion The results showed that there was a certain correlation between the corneal horizontal diameter measured by the three instruments.The measurement results of SW-9000 were the largest,the IOL master was the second,and Sirius was the smallest.The measurement results could not be used as a substitute and should be carefully selected in combination with clinical practice.
