摘要
调整专业结构,进行合理的专业设置是提升高校人才培养质量的重要保障。论文分析了当前我国高校专业结构的现实表征,认为知识割裂、融合性不够,设置受限、自主性不足,专业趋同、缺乏独特性是现存的主要问题。这些问题导致高校人才培养不能满足社会用人需求,限制了高校与专业的发展提升,抑制了学生个体的和谐成长。高校要以过程哲学为指导,在专业设置上体现整体性、主体性、生成性,使专业结构更加合理。
To adjust the structure of specialty and to set up a reasonable specialty is an important guarantee to improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current features of the professional structure of colleges and universities in China,and points out that the main problems are the lack of knowledge segmentation and fusion,the limitation of setting and the lack of autonomy,the convergence of specialties and the lack of uniqueness.These problems lead to the university personnel training can not meet the needs of social employment,restrict the development and promotion of universities and professions,inhibit the harmonious growth of individual students.Under the guidance of process philosophy,the specialty setting embodies integrity,subjectivity and generation,which makes the specialty structure more reasonable.
