摘要
随着我国教育改革的不断推进,对高等职业教育有了更新的要求。国务院印发的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(简称“职教20条”)中明确提出在高职院校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”(即1+X证书)试点工作。所以对于高职院校而言,如何基于自身的专业特点,将1+X证书制度与人才培养模式相结合,培养满足社会产业需求的职业人才是其面对的首要问题。基于1+X证书制度的内涵与意义,以高职院校会计专业作为研究对象,对高职院校会计专业人才培养模式进行探讨,对提高会计人才培养质量具有一定的现实意义。
With the deepening of education reform in our country,it has put forward newer requirements for higher vocational education.The State Council issued National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan(hereinafter referred to as 20 Vocational Education Articles),which clearly proposed to start the pilot work of"diploma plus certificates of vocational skills"(i.e.1+X certificate)in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,for higher vocational colleges,how to combine 1+X certificate system with talent training mode based on its own professional characteristics,and cultivate professional talent to meet the needs of social industry is the primary problem.Based on the connotation and significance of 1+X certificate system,this paper takes the accounting specialty of higher vocational colleges as the research object,and explores the talent training mode of accounting specialty in higher vocational colleges,which has certain practical significance to improve the quality of accounting talent training.
