摘要
钢缀板对于钢支撑稳定起着重要的作用。现有钢缀板施工方法存在焊接工作量大、位置难以调整、施工效率低等问题。本文结合实际工程,对钢缀板结构进行优化设计,采用方形挂板式钢缀板,设计了钢制挂钩和钢板底托。现场试验表明,结构优化后的钢缀板省去了焊接工艺,位置可调,能够提高施工效率,缩短施工工期,节省施工成本。
Steel batten plate plays an important role in the stability of steel support.The existing steel batten plate construction method has a series of problems,such as heavy welding workload,difficult to adjust the position and low construction efficiency.In this paper,combined with the actual project,the steel batten plate structure is optimized.The square hanging-plate steel batten plate is used,and the steel hook and steel plate bottom bracket are designed.The field test shows that the optimized steel batten plate can save welding process,adjust the position,improve the construction efficiency,shorten the construction period and save the construction cost.
