基坑引发隧道变形控制中注浆参数的敏感性分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 在基坑与隧道之间注浆,可恢复隧道的变形,同时也会对基坑支护体系产生一定影响。但不同单位长度注浆量、注浆距离、相对注浆深度和注浆长度等注浆参数对隧道变形控制效果及基坑支护结构变形的影响程度却未有研究。针对此问题探究了各注浆参数对隧道及地连墙变形的影响大小,为注浆控制隧道变形方案设计提供理论依据,文中采用了多元自适应回归样条(MARS)对4个注浆参数对变形控制效果的影响进行了敏感性分析。研究表明,随着注浆距离增大,注浆对隧道变形的恢复效果急剧下降,同时,注浆引发的地连墙位移增大值逐渐减小,为了保证注浆对隧道的恢复效果,同时避免注浆对基坑产生较大影响,建议注浆距离可采用3m。对于恢复隧道水平位移和减小地连墙的变形,注浆长度和单位长度注浆量的影响最大,注浆距离次之,相对注浆深度的影响最小。因此,设计注浆方案时,应着重关注单位长度注浆量、注浆长度,且应综合考虑注浆对隧道变形的恢复效果与对基坑支护体系的影响。 Grouting between foundation pit and tunnel can not only restore the deformation of tunnel,but also have a certain impact on the foundation pit support system.However,the influence of grouting parameters such as grouting amount per unit length,grouting distance,relative grouting depth and grouting length on tunnel deformation control effect and foundation pit support structure deformation has not been studied.To solve this problem,in order to explore the influence of grouting parameters on the deformation of tunnel and diaphragm wall and provide a theoretical basis for the design of grouting control tunnel deformation scheme,this paper uses Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines(MARS)to analyze the sensitivity of the influence of four grouting parameters on the deformation control effect.The research shows that with the increase of grouting distance,the recovery effect of grouting on tunnel deformation decreases sharply.At the same time,the increase value of diaphragm wall displacement caused by grouting decreases gradually.In order to ensure the recovery effect of grouting on tunnel and avoid the great impact of grouting on foundation pit,it is suggested that the grouting distance can be 3M.For restoring the horizontal displacement of the tunnel and reducing the deformation of the diaphragm wall,the grouting length and the grouting amount per unit length have the greatest influence,the grouting distance takes the second place,and the relative grouting depth has the least influence.Therefore,when designing the grouting scheme,we should pay attention to the grouting amount and grouting length per unit length,and comprehensively consider the recovery effect of grouting on tunnel deformation and the impact on foundation pit support system.
