提高场间关联率对加快单场遗传进展的研究 被引量:1

Accelerating Genetic Progress by Increasing the Correlation Rate between Different Farms

摘要 本研究旨在探究在联合遗传评估中,场间关联率(Connectedness rating,CR)达到一定程度,相同个体分别通过联合群体或单场群体估计育种值(EBV)的差异。利用DMU软件和动物模型估计了处于联合评估及单场遗传评估条件下的相同个体的育种值,并评估其EBV准确性差异;利用后代数较多的个体的后裔信息,计算其与不同群体来源EBV的秩相关。结果表明:在本研究两家遗传关联率大于3%的群体中,联合群体能够显著提高单场群体育种值估计的准确性且介于2.94%~22.77%;在CR为3%左右时,联合群体和单场群体EBV与个体后裔均值的秩相关较为接近;且联合群体的性状遗传力估计值高于单一群体;分析个体自身表型及其后裔信息与EBV之间的相关性可知,即使是中高遗传力性状,EBV较表型选种具有更高的准确性。可见,通过提高CR,开展联合遗传评估,能够加快遗传进展,但如何最大限度发挥跨群体联合遗传评估的价值,还需进一步研究。 The aim of this study was to investigate the estimation breeding value(EBV)difference between joint and single population,when it had proper connectedness rating(CR).DMU and animal model were used to predict the EBV from different designated population,and evaluation it’s accuracy difference.Besides,the rank correlation was calculated by using progeny information.The results shows that combination connected farms can increase the accuracy of EBV and between 2.94%~22.77%;As the CR was about 3%,the rank correlation was closed among EBV from joint and single population for the progeny test individual.Furthermore,this study also shows that combination connected farms can increase the additive genetic variance and heritability.Finally,comparative analysis between progeny and itself rank correlation shows that,even though for the medium-high heritability traits,EBV has a higher accuracy than phenotypic information.In brief,combination connected farms and improvement the connectedness rating can increase genetic progress,but further study should be conducted about how to gain the greater value of joint breeding.
