摘要 单点系泊系统作为FPSO船体的核心部件,具有结构复杂、对接精密等特点,其与船体集成的精度将直接影响整个FPSO的功能、安全性和使用寿命。本文以国内某FPSO项目为例,阐述了单点系泊系统与船体集成过程中精度控制的逻辑和方法,重点研究了下塔体、管汇平台和塔架三个单体集成过程中精度控制的内容和方法,以及集成前期精度控制的准备工作,包括基准点、控制点的布置原则和方法,碰撞检查的方法。本文对单点集成过程中精度控制的关键项和单点细长形结构的精度控制特点做了分析和总结,为国内后续同类FPSO项目的建造、集成提供可借鉴的经验。 As the critical component of FPSO,single point mooring system has the characteristics of complex structure and precise interface.The accuracy of integration with the hull will directly affect the function,safety and service life of the FPSO.Taking an FPSO project in China as an example,this paper expounds the logic and method of dimension control in the process of integration of single point mooring system and hull.This paper studies the contents and methods of dimension control in the integration of three units,i.e.lower tower,manifold and gantry.This paper summarizes the preparatory work of dimension control before integration,including the layout principle and method of datum point and control point,and the analysis method of clash check.This paper analyses and summarizes the key points of dimension control and characteristics of slender structures in the process of single point integration,which provides reference for the integration of similar domestic FPSO projects.
