摘要
以遵守Wireless HART协议或ISA 100工业无线标准,具有自组织、自愈合拓扑网络,并可通过适配器,将不带无线接口的仪表加入到无线网络中的无线技术,应用在海洋石油工程中,可以降低硬件安装费用,缩短项目周期,方便远程操作,大大提高了过程生产效率与管理质量。基于浮式生产储油轮改造工程,介绍了智能无线技术,阐述了其相对于传统工业无线通信技术的优势和自身的结构特点。结合工程实际,着重说明了应用智能无线技术所解决的技术难点及具体实施步骤。
Following the wireless HART protocol or ISA 100 industrial wireless standards, the self- organizing and self-healing network topology can make the instruments which not have wireless interface adapt the wireless network through an adapter. The application of the wireless technology reduces the cost of hardware installation, shorten the project cycle, facilitated the remote operation in the offshore oil engineering project. It is also can greatly improve the process production efficiency and the management quality. Based on FPSO modification project of floating production and storage ship, the smart wireless technology is introduced. The advantages of wireless communication technology and their own characteristics are explained, compared to traditional industry wireless technology. How solved the technical difficulties by the smart wireless technology and the specific implementation steps are particularly introduced.
