摘要
目的分析医院药剂科药事管理中应用精益管理价值。方法取2018年2月—2020年2月药剂科200张处方研究,将其均分为两组(精益管理实施前后),对照组(n=100,2018年2月—2019年2月,常规管理),试验组(n=100,2019年3月—2020年2月,精益管理)。对比医院药剂科药事管理效果、处方质量。结果试验组医院药剂科药事管理效果较对照组高(P <0.05)。试验组审核正确率100%、调配正确率97.00%、退药率1.00%、复核查处差错率0均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院药剂科药事管理中应用精益管理对提高医院药事管理效果、处方质量效果更理想。
Objective To analyze the value of lean management in the pharmaceutical management of hospital pharmacy.Methods A study of 200 prescriptions in the Department of Pharmacy from February 2018 to February 2020 was divided into two groups(before and after the implementation of lean management),the control group(n=100,from February 2018 to February 2019,routine management)and the experimental group(n=100,from March 2019 to February 2020,lean management).Compared the management effect and prescription quality of hospital pharmacy department.Results The effect of pharmacy management in the hospital pharmacy department of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group's audit accuracy rate was 100%,the deployment accuracy rate was 97.00%,the drug withdrawal rate was 1.00%,and the review error rate was 0,which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean management in the pharmaceutical management of the hospital pharmacy department is more ideal for improving the effect of hospital pharmaceutical management and prescription quality.
