摘要
目的探究药剂科药事管理在医院管理工作中的重要性。方法选择2015年9月，2016年3月我院30例药剂科工作人员作为观察对象，进行回顾性分析。均采用药剂科药事管理干预，对比干预前后不合理用药发生率及摆药差错发生率。结果干预后不合理用药发生率为6．67％，摆药差错发生率为3．33％，明显比干预前（40．00％，23.33％）更低（P〈0．05）。结论在医院管理工作中，药剂科给予药事管理干预，能有效改善不合理用药现象，降低摆药差错发生率，可推广应用。
Objective To explore the importance of pharmacy management in department of pharmacy in hospital man- agement.Methods 30 personnels in department of pharmacy from September 2015 to March 2016 were selected as ob- servation subject and they were analyzed retrospectively.All staff were intervened by pharmacy management in depart- ment of pharmacy.Incidence rate of irrational drug usage and dispensing error before and after intervention was com- pared.Results After intervention,the incidence rate of irrational drug usage and dispensing error was （6.67% and 3.33% respectively） was obviously lower than that of before intervention （40.00%,23.33%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the work of hospital management,department of pharmacy given the intervention of pharmacy management can effectively improve the phenomenon of irrational drug usage,reduce the incidence rate of dispensing error.It can he promoted and applied.
