摘要
目的探讨营养支持联合吞咽功能训练对食管癌根治术患者营养状况及吞咽功能的影响。方法选取我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的行食管癌根治术的84例患者,随机分为两组各42例。对照组给予常规护理联合吞咽功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予营养支持。干预1周后,比较两组的营养状况及吞咽功能。结果干预后,两组的PAB、 ALB、 LYM水平均较干预前提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,两组的SSA评分均较干预前降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论营养支持联合吞咽功能训练可有效改善食管癌根治术患者的营养状况,提高其吞咽功能。
Objective To explore the impact of nutritional support combined with swallowing function training on nutritional status and swallowing function of patients with radical resection of esophageal carcinoma.Methods 84 patients with radical resection of esophageal carcinoma in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing combined with swallowing function training,and the observation group received nutritional support on the basis of the control group.One week after intervention,the nutritional status and swallowing function were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of PAB,ALB and LYM of both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels of PAB,ALB and LYMof the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SSA scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SSA score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nutritional support combined with swallowing function training can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with radical resection of esophageal carcinoma,and improve their swallowing function.
